Deposits
$500.00 is required to reserve The Patio Hall
90 days prior: a second deposit of 50% is due
All deposits will be applied to the final bill.

Wedding Ceremony at The Patio
or Parkside Wedding Chapel
$350.00 includes facility, minister, rehearsal, complimentary bottle of champagne, roses for rose ceremony and personalized story.
Food and Beverage
Two weeks before the function:
All menu selections & arrangements must be finalized
The total balance is due
(credit cards & cashier's checks are accepted)
A guaranteed guest count for food service is due.
The exact count given will be considered as a guarantee, which you will be charged for, unless the number served exceeds the number guaranteed. Should your number served fall below the guaranteed,
no amount will be refunded.
All food and bar sales are subject to a 18% gratuity.
Sales tax will be applied to the total bill at 6.1%.
All food and beverage must be purchased from The Patio. No food or beverage is permitted to be brought into or taken out of the banquet rooms by the contracted, its patrons or invitees, with exception of wedding cake or desserts. We do not provide storage for cakes nor will we accept responsibility for cake setup in the reception room please ask your cake vendor to leave extra boxes for any remaining slices.
Decorating polices must be discussed with the management in advance. Candles must be in a holder. When lit, flame must be well below top of glass holder. No confetti, glitter, potpourri, aquagems, or bubbles. No decorations on the walls, posts, lights or ceilings. Charges will be assessed if decorating policies are violated.
The Patio will not assume any responsibility for damage or loss of articles on the premises. All items must be removed the date of function. Any damage incurred on/or to the premises by the lessee or any member of his/her party will be the responsibility of the lessee and a damage bill will be submitted for prompt payment.
Children are not to run in the hall and need to be supervised by an adult (over 18) inside and outside the building at all times. All guests must remain indoors after 10:00pm.
General Policies
Music and bar service will terminate by 12:00 a.m.
All guests must leave premises by 12:30 a.m.
DJ must set up no later than one hour before dinner unless other arrangements are made with The Patio.
